HOW TO DO THE SCHOOL BOOK ORDER:
1) Pick which order form you’d like. The $10/book version tends to produce more sales and books in students hands. The $5/book option returns money to the PTO.
- Mark Binder School Order Form and Instructions (Books cost $10 each for students)
- PTO fundraiser version of Mark Binder School Order Form and Instructions (Books cost $15 each with $5 going to PTO)
2) Fill in the return date and checks payable spaces on the order forms.
3) Copy forms and pass out to students.
4) Remind students to bring back the forms!
5) Collect order forms and checks from students. ( PLEASE make copies of the completed order forms before sending them – just in case.)
6) Tally up total number of each title ordered.
7) Send an envelope with the completed forms (so that Mark can sign them and send them back) along with a single school check payable to “Transmit Joy” for the total amount due, tally sheet, and order forms to:
